Vasily Vladimir Goncharov (born March 21, 1984, Rostov-on-Don, USSR) is a Russian musician, vocalist, poet, composer and music producer. Founder and leader of the Cheboza group. Better known as Vasya Oblomov in connection with the creation of the eponymous musical project. One of the founders and participant in the musical and poetic project "Mr. Good." Public figure. He studied in Rostov-on-Don in schools number 107 (up to grade 10) and number 34 (10 and 11 grade). He graduated from the History Department of Rostov State University. He has a second higher education (legal).Vasya Oblomov is known for his active civic position. On December 24, 2011, he was one of the few Russian musicians who spoke at a rally for fair elections, which took place on Sakharov Avenue. In early September 2013, Vasya Oblomov performed several songs on Sakharov Avenue at a concert in support of candidate for mayor of Moscow Alexei Navalny.
