Ufo361: “i'm Done With Germany!”

After more than a decade in the German game, the rapper wants to conquer the whole world and could soon turn his back on the Federal Republic.

Break and new momentum

Since 2010, Ufuk Bayraktar has been known as the alter ego Ufo361. But he wasn't really successful at the beginning of his career. Instead, he dropped his debut album “You Are Not Alone”, which was not well received at all. After no positions in the charts, the Berliner took a break, worked tirelessly on his style, refined his rap and beats and made it to the top of the German rankings for the first time in 2018 with his second LongPlayer.

Ufo361 had finally put together a team, founded his own label “Stay High” and since then presented three more number one albums as a solo artist and the latest CD “Nur für Dich” with Sonus303. The fun hit the market in October 2020 and generated over 155 million streams via Spotify. Ufo361 itself is still on the lookout for new talents and has now apparently found new, hard-working helpers who should create brilliant videos for him in the coming weeks, months and years. However, the artist will not fire his old team, but simply expanded it. At least that's what the Berliner confessed via Instagram and also teased all newcomers in the game. They would therefore not convince him and would not be at his level, so that he could soon turn his back on Germany ...

What did Ufo361 mean by that? For the collaboration LP “Lights Out” with the Turkish superstar Ezhel, the spoken-song artist returned to his roots. Will Berliners orient themselves towards the English market in the future and record music for the general public?
