The Truth Behind Justin's Most Secret Song Has Been Revealed

Millions of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande fans have always waited for the two pop stars to collaborate, and in 2020 it happened when they shelled out the ultimate isolation song "Stuck with U" - and now it turns out the two were working on a joint song a few years ago, recording it (!) And since that recording has been locked in a safe and it is not clear if and when it will be released.

In a recent interview with British magazine Metro, music producer BMW Kenny said that the song "Wish You Would" on Bieber's new album, Justice, in which he collaborates with a third of the band's Migos, Kawabo, has been recorded several times before, and not just with Ariana.

"The truth is, I believe the version with Ariana Grande is there somewhere on some hard drive," Kenny said. "Actually, the first version was with Cody Simpson - but then he was replaced by Ariana Grande. I do not know what happened to the song since, but because it did not go into Purpose (Bieber's fourth studio album from 2015), so it probably sits in some safe ".

"Sometimes I write a song and the artist just doesn't see how it serves," the producer explained of the culture of songs cut from albums. "Bieber listened to him, loved him and he even went through a mix already. It was one of the songs that were supposed to go on the album, he was already ready, but in the end they preferred another song over him." 

So how did he feel when the song did finally come out on the new album but with Kwabo instead of Grande? "When he came out at the end I was no longer excited because it took him too long. So it doesn't really matter to me who cooperates with him. It just passed me by."
