Since the start of 2021, the Durban native has had a lot to celebrate and he doesn't plan on stopping anytime soon. “Nasty C and DJ Whoo Kid 'Zulu Mixtape' hit 24 million streams across all platforms,” he posted. “Def Jam Africa” previously mentioned that Nasty C's mixtape is the most broadcast in South Africa. Along with the streaming of the mixtape, Nasty C also launched their podcast ' Zulu Man With Some Power ', which featured big names in the music industry, both globally and locally, as well as its close friends and musicians. These include artists like Rowlene, Ari Lennox, Lil Gotit, Lil Keed and TI The album was released under the “Def Jam Africa” label and was enjoyed by many music lovers across the world. The rapper's single "Black And White" starring Ari Lennox also appeared on the " Coming 2 America " soundtrack and was one of the few South African artists to feature on the soundtrack. He became the first South African rapper to appear on the award-winning American talk show " The Ellen DeGeneres " and continues to give the Rainbow Nation more reason to celebrate.
