Stalking Fan Arrested Outside Rihanna's House After Proposing To Her

Police were called to Rihanna's house after a man from South Carolina appeared outside her property and asked the singer to marry him. 

Rihanna's team called the police, who arrived and handcuffed the man before talking to him about his intentions.
