The highly anticipated concert of Trinidadian singer and rapper Nicki Minaj was abruptly cancelled in Manchester due to her arrest in Amsterdam. According to the Daily Mail, fans were left furious as they waited for hours to enter the concert venue, only to have the show cancelled at the last moment.

Hundreds of Minaj's fans gathered outside the venue chanting 'Free Nicki Minaj' after news broke of her arrest in Amsterdam. The Dutch police released Minaj around 9:00 PM local time after she paid a fine for possession of mild narcotics.
