Russian pop singer Alla Pugacheva, who left Russia, joked about her younger children's emigration to Israel. The artist posted a video with her daughter and son on her Instagram account (a banned social network in Russia; owned by Meta corporation, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). In the published footage, the singer's children are dancing. In the post's description, the artist quoted lyrics from a popular song: "Where does childhood go? To which cities? It turns out, to Israel. Wow." In the comments to the post, some fans of the star noted that Pugacheva's daughter and son "are growing up without their homeland," and also reminded the singer that in the future, when the children grow up, they will have to serve in the army in the country where they currently reside. Last September, Pugacheva, together with her husband, TV presenter and showman Maxim Galkin (listed by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent), and two children moved from Russia to Israel. Earlier, a Russian music producer called criticism of Pugacheva "the madness of crazy idiots" and called for an end to the persecution of the singer.
